Business Retention & Expansion Program

The CCEDC partners with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to help build relationships with the Chester County business community. Through this program, the CCEDC is the outreach office for PA BREP and meets with the senior level management within the business community.

BREP has two primary goals. By conducting interviews with senior level management of businesses of all sizes throughout the community, BREP identifies concerns and trends and analyze existing business conditions. This assists in providing local input in shaping future policy at both state and local levels.

The second goal is to determine ways in which the Economic Development Council, regional BREP network members and the Commonwealth may support the growth and development of the businesses we serve. This support consists of dozens of services we provide including: expansion into international markets, start-up of new business, workforce development, corporate site selection, obtaining low interest loans, world class manufacturing, finding venture capital, and acquiring customized training grants.
