Quarterly Meeting
Featuring the Presentation:
Managing the
Generation Gap
Presented by:
Marian Ward
Senior Training and Development Consultant
Training and Organizational Development Solutions
MidAtlantic
Employers' Association (MEA)
Our values can impact how we view our work world as well as how we
deliver our work. "Balanced lifestyle" vs "You should just be happy
to have a job!" mentalities converge on the same playing field.
Which is good or bad is not the issue, yet related conflict can
arise. How do you manage a multi-generational workforce and still
come in on budget and deliver your goals when few see eye to eye?
Participants will be exposed to values and needs of
multi-generations. What motivates individuals from different
generations will be explored. Participants will gain valuable
insights and walk away with practical skills for addressing the
issues that can arise in a multi-generational workforce.
