The Smart Energy Initiative of Southeastern Pennsylvania is pleased to present a seminar: Creating a Green Sustainable Municipality Here at the Smart Energy Initiative we are hearing that Municipal leaders are concerned with rising energy costs relative to the challenges to their communities. More importantly leaders want to know what steps they can take to protect their communities from these rising costs. In this, our first seminar for the year, we will cover basic strategies related to Rate Cap Expiration, Effect of PA Act 129, Energy Efficiently and Renewable Energy.
