Kathy Field
Kathy joined the Development Council as Administrative Assistant in September of 2001. Previously she was marketing manager at an architectural firm located in Exton. Earlier, she was employed at the University of Pennsylvania for nearly a decade in various positions in the Law School, the General Counsel’s Office, the Office of the Vice President of Finance and the Investment Office, respectively. Her organizational skills, ability to multitask and pleasant disposition are the cornerstones of her business career.

After leaving the University, Kathy and her husband Mike moved to Omaha, Nebraska for 6 l/2 years where she managed the Field Household a "Fortune 500 Family" (and continues this job today). In her spare time, Kathy can be found buzzing about Chester County highways chauffeuring her four children to various school and sporting events. She also finds time to participate on the Capital Campaign Committee of St. Peter’s Church. For total relaxation, Kathy enjoys reading a good novel while hanging out at the beach.
