Best-Selling Author: Now an independent researcher, New York Times best-selling author, speaker, and consultant, Curt Coffman spent 22 years at The Gallup Organization. Curt served as the organization’s Global Practice Leader for employee and customer engagement consulting. Coffman now holds the position of Chief Science Officer with MAJERS Consulting Group.
Coffman is the co-author of one of the best-selling management books of all time, “First, Break All the Rules: What the World’s Greatest Managers Do Differently” and “Follow This Path: How the World’s Greatest Organizations Drive Growth by Unleashing Human Potential.”
Global Reach: Coffman has consulted with many Fortune 100 and 500 companies. His work has spanned the Western Hemisphere, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Coffman’s mission is to help organizations understand the key characteristics of a positive, productive, customer-oriented work environment. His research and consulting insights help organizations measure and manage workplace and customer conditions that show linkage to business outcomes.
Coffman’s Presentation: Coffman will explore employee engagement by challenging us to look at our New 21st Century Workforce: How to Attract, Retain and Win with People. Today’s technology workforce is the ultimate laboratory-technology is bringing people-related issues to the forefront more than ever before.
Panel Discussion: Coffman’s presentation will be followed by a panel of special guests from small, mid-sized, and large corporations, representing five of our region’s high priority industry clusters. Join us, as these representatives from industry share their first-hand experiences on how employee engagement instruments have helped their organizations: 1) retain employees and customers, 2) improve their organization’s positioning in a global economy, and 3) improve customer satisfaction ratings. Luncheon will be provided.
