CareerLink
CareerLink was created to deliver "one-stop" services
for training, education and employment programs. The Team Pennsylvania
CareerLink website was launched in early December, 1998 to help
job seekers in the state of Pennsylvania utilize the online sources
available under the Workforce Investment Act.
CareerLink operates both online and through over 75 localized centers
throughout the state. The website attracts over 180,000 unique visits
each month and features over half a million active resumes and an
average of 16,000 job postings. To date, over 475,000 Pennsylvanians
have found jobs through PA CareerLink.
The new, full-service mini-CareerLink recently located at the Chester
County Economic Development Council is the first in the state to
be opened in an economic development office.
