Financing Services
The purpose of CCEDC is to foster economic development in Chester County and to meet the needs of businesses within the county. With more than 20 Federal and State programs available, most businesses (small and large) are eligible to receive funding through the Council. The CCEDC staff provide professional expertise to design loan packages and blend various funding programs together to offer clients a customized, business-specific funding package.

CCEDC loan programs are structured to primarily fund fixed assets (land, building, and equipment) with limited working capital assistance. CCEDC also offers businesses interest rates below market rate financing options. Depending upon the current market conditions, these loans may be as low as two percent with terms of three to thirty years.

Programs that local businesses most often take advantage of through CCEDC include:
>

SBFF Loan Program

>   Small Business Administration 504 Program (SBA 504)
>   Bond & Mortgage Financing
>   Next Generation Farmer Loan Program
>   Machinery and Equipment Loan Fund
