The Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) promotes a competitive edge for new and existing Chester County businesses by providing proven financing solutions, cultivating workforce talent, leveraging business partnerships and fostering entrepreneurial collaboration. Together, with the support of private and public sectors we initiate, implement and innovate in ways that improve the business community and enhance the quality of life in Chester County.

A private, non-profit economic development organization, CCEDC has been a leader and advocate of smart growth in Chester County and the surrounding region for over 52 years. To watch a video about our history, please click here.

The Council’s portfolio of business growth services includes: low-interest financing, workforce training, energy consulting, customized international business assistance, land and building site selection, brownfields consultation, urban redevelopment, and agricultural economic development. The Council also offers economic development services designed for local municipalities and state-of-the art conference facilities at its facility in Eagleview.

Co-located at CCEDC's facilities are over 15 economic development service providers. Services available through CCEDC's building partners include: technology support services, customized workforce training, job matching and career transition assistance, and productivity improvement services for manufacturers.
